I ate there 2 mornings, while attending Adam Sandovals K River Rally. I had French toast Saturday morning, an Omelet this morning. The food was very good & the wait staff also, very good. It’s everything you’d expect in a small town dinner, good food, good service, and everyone in there nice. I can’t wait until next year to eat there again. Thank you

Drove out of our way to eat there.. we were seated and our drink order was taken quickly… However the waitress never came to take our order. When one finally came around, she was bringing food to another table. She never once acknowledged us to let us know she’d be with us soon. Another group of people came in. Same waitress took their drink order and when she brought it out to them, she started taking their order.. we got up and left. We will never return will NOT recommend!

Arrived today at 11 for what we hoped would be a good pre-hike meal. The place itself has seen better days. It’s very dated and in need of cosmetic updates. The reason for the 1 star was the level of visible hostility from the 3 glaring waitresses that caused us to turn around and head out .

We waited for 45 minutes for our hamburger and chicken fry steak. Checked with owner as to how long it would be since we saw several people get their orders that came in after us. She said the orders are lined up as they are turned in. No follow up, only attitude from her and her young staff. We left and she did nothing. Small businesses can’t afford to treat customers this way or they won’t stay in business long no matter how the community loves them. We crossed the state line into TEXAS. What a world of difference! Don’t bother to stop in Antlers.

Service was nice and friendly. I’m from out of town. Ordered chicken fried steak and eggs. Steak was a bit on the firm side but the eggs, biscuits and gravy, and hash browns were on point. Will dine here again.

Passing through Antlers and was lucky to run across MJays on Veterans Day! It’s the quintessential little café with a big hearted owner and staff. It’s a MUST STOP for some great comfort food!
