We had a great time at Mizuna! We did the tasting menu with the wine pairing – definitely a splurge cost-wise but worth it for the food and the wonderful service. We were nervous about the “blind” nature – not knowing what you’re gonna get next – but every course tasted incredible and the wine pairings were excellent. Also, they are more than happy to make sure that you get a taste of another item listed on the menu to be sure you don’t miss out. We asked for one course to be the Beef Wellington (highly endorsed by the waiter) and they swapped it into the normal tasting menu so we could try it!

Chose this legendary Denver staple to celebrate my anniversary and it was definitely the right choice. A slow night there so we had all the service haha. We sat at the bar to have a view of the kitchen and we had the greatest time. Our bartender for the evening Nate, was incredible. Polite, professional, kind and funny. Gave a great suggestion on caviar for our first time and we loved it! We are the Chef’s Menu and had the best food from start to finish. My favorite had to be the pasta dish. So many levels of flavor , I could have had 7 courses of just that. The chefs even checked in with us! I find it hard having good dessert in Colorado restaurants these days unless they’re known for it, but the dessert here was phenomenal! Everything was a complete win. Can’t wait to come back. They even gave us a signed card; how kind is that?! Thank you again to Nate and the entire team for making our night special . Thank god Frank Bonanno and Mizuna exist.

I have lived in Denver for almost 15 years and the Mizuna dinner that I had last weekend was the best meal experience in this city. The chef tasting was top notch and definitely on par with 1 star Michelin restaurants.

My boyfriend and I were treated to a dinner at Mizuna and absolutely loved every second of our experience. From the moment we entered the restaurant we were made to feel special, important, and like our business mattered. The real treat, though, was the food. You can tell that care, precision, and passion is put into every dish at Mizuna, matched with perfect wine pairings to make it an even better experience. My boyfriend is a chef and I am a teacher, so it was a treat for us to experience a fine dining experience like this one. We highly recommend Mizuna!

A great fine dining experience! There is no à la carte menu here, you go with the 3 or 5 course menu. We thought the 3 course was more than enough per person since there were a few extra freebie surprises we received as well. The resto is fairly small so would recommend to reserve in advance, they also have outdoor seating available. The inside is cozy, candle lit style. The service was amazing! Even the bartender came to our table to help us decide what to drink. The 3 course is an appetizer, a main, and dessert. They gave us an amuses-Bouche app to start, then another app, then fennel bread, and then we got our main appetizer. After the main, they gave us a dessert on the house before our dessert. After the dessert, the owner gave us a dessert goodie bag with chocolates, cookies, muffins.

One of the top restaurants in Denver. The tasting menu is very good. Only critical comment on the food is that of our 7 dishes, there was no beef or lamb. We had paired wine tasting, but it was not always clear which wine paired with which food; and we found that one wine actually clashed with the next dish which was served while we still had wine from the previous dish. Our table was not the best; in a busy walkway. Still, the food was top notch.

Excellent. Everything was excellent. Our waiter was friendly and had great attention to details, remembering our dietary restrictions and accommodating us throughout the meal. He also had great suggestions and descriptions of each course we ate. In fact, everyone was really kind and made our experience excellent. Each course was delicious and beautifully presented. The room we were dining in was semi-private and it made for a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this was a wonderful dining experience and I’m very grateful for it.

Drew and his team provided one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had with exquisitely crafted a course meal, curated, cocktails, and a night to remember! Be sure to check them out!

The arrogance is pretty high for what the restaurant is. We had to put a deposit down just to make the reservation. Then we were greeted with directions that the table would need to be turned over in 2 hours, which was unnecessary since they control the pace. The whole heir is pompous, and the food is a bit flavorless. If you want a mediocre meal priced like a NYC Michelin star restaurant, this is a great option.

I had a fantastic time and experience! I did the chefs tasting – cause who knows what they do better than the chef! The food was very good but what made my experience ah-mazing was the people! Nate was awesome & I can’t stress awesome enough! He’s was superstar! He made some fabulous drinks! The manager also did a great job of modifying my wine pairing to fit my desire for reds & she rocked the playlist with some strong powerful women artists! Overall everyone I interacted with did an outstanding job and made me feel welcome & cared for. The food was very, very good & even tho I have had better dishes elsewhere what makes this place special is the people & their love for what they do!
