I appreciate the response! Our breakfast was very good but it felt slightly unwelcoming as someone kept coming over to bus our table repeatedly even though we were still eating and tried to take our cups. When we left after a half hour, the same person was standing by and immediately went to clean before we were a few feet away. Feeling like you are being rushed out is not great but i understand it’s a busy restaurant so i didn’t think at the time it would be necessary to wait in line to voice a complaint.

Great breakfast joint. Very clean. Not sure if it’s a chain or not. If not kudos to the owners because it can hold its own. Food was really good. Servers seemed on point. Food came out quick. Dog friendly patio seating was a bonus too. I will be back when back in the state.

My biggest issue is that there isn’t anything I have to complain about 😉 food and portions were great! The staff is amazing. I love to support a good local cafe/spot and this has definitely earned my support. I live in the DTC, in the heart of all the popular eateries/restaurants, but would much rather drive down 20 minutes to eat here again. Will definitely be taking my out of town people here for a nice relaxing breakfast/lunch.

Passing by in Castle Rock, I always search for a good smothered breakfast burrito. I finally found an excellent spot. It’s a bit away from I-25, but its worth the visit. I ordered a smothered burrito with sausage, and 2 kids burritos. One was a regular with no chili and the other one was smothered. My boys loved their breakfast, it disappeared. I will definitely visit this place again!

Great breakfast spot! Had a carnitas burrito stuffed with hollandaise with some green chile on the side. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. Father in law and his friend had a skillet and both of them said it was phenomenal!
