Food was very tasty and the chef was entertaining and kind! It can just be a little pricey since you have to pay $5 for noodles and 65 cents for each yum yum sauce. However, I understand because New Orleans’ businesses have to survive. Overall, I plan to go back! The food was wonderful!

After a nice long walk, we decided to have lunch at a hibachi restaurant. We were looking for nice ambiance and good food. Miyako did not disappoint!

Usually they have amazing food. But I was very disappointed in my to go order today. Very little chicken that wasn’t seasoned at all, and the noodles just had soy sauce on them. We didn’t get veggies bc we wanted double noodles, but they don’t do substitutions. But of course they didn’t tell us that till we got our order and we had no veggies. I would have ate the veggies if I wasn’t gettin extra noodles. Not happy with this.

The place does not have an inviting ambience. Needs serious remodeling and new grills. The vegetables were overcooked to almost soupy. The soup salty. The steak well done was a bit tough.

Probably the best Hibachi place in the area. Doesn’t look that great from the outside but it’s a great place. The food is tasty and the staff working have been nothing but welcoming and friendly. Service was great.

Miyako Hibachi was a great place to dine at. The food was excellent, and the cook was entertaining, kept us laughing and did very well. If your looking for a dine in experience that you will truly enjoy, Miyako needs to be on your list. The waitress was friendly and did a superb job. Thank You Miyako and staff for a great experience we can take back home.

Ambiance was fine, however it was hot. Yes it is Hibachi, but there was no difference between the inside a d outside. Pleasant experience, but the heat made it a challenge.

Typical hibachi restaurant. Food was great. Service was faster than what I’ve experienced in the past at other hibachi restaurants. Besides paying $4 for rice, which was a first for me. Everything was nice. Very strong drinks. They do not skimp on the alcohol.
