Delicious tokotsu broth. Sadly, there wasn’t enough broth! Wish the portion larger. The presentation and ingredients used for ramen bowls were excellent! Food came out very quickly. No wait to order. The cashier was friendly and nice. You get your own water and utensils here. They even have little pitchers you could get for your table. I would recommend it and would come again. Parking can be difficult in this area.

Ramen means that the temperature should always be hot even if it’s hot or cold. In addition, restaurant food should always have a constant temperature and taste, but I wonder why this place is evaluated as a generous score.

Ordered spicy miso ramen it was good, not spicy though. I ordered shrimp and shishito delish but a bit on the salty side threw it in my Romen and that was bank. Ordered a special; Ramen, it was good very pleased I did request chili oil and was disappointed it wasn’t spicy. I ordered whatever the spam roll was called, it was okay, wouldn’t order it again. Other then that the boys working that night did great. My only request is for real spice, like concentrated hot oil. Or sliced jalapenos? Something spicy (laughing) I like my Ramen with spice. Nothing here is spicy. Other then that I would recommend and visit again. Might bring my own hot oil

Went a couple of weeks ago for the first time to Redmond, OR and stopped at this ramen place. I’ve never had ramen before so ordered the traditional tonkotsu. Holy Jesus Christ! So Freaking delicious! I hate I live in Florida and can’t go there every week!! Highly recommended!!
