The place was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves! But, when we went to the table where I wanted to sit, it was not clean. The table was set as if they already cleaned it for the next group of people to sit and eat. I tried getting someone’s attention to clean the table, but to no avail. I did not have any napkins in my purse so I just took one of the cloth napkins that wrapped a set of utensils and used that to clean the table.

Saw this place on doordash and gave it a try– was super impressed! It’s hard to find Mexican food with good vegetarian options and this one had plenty. I got the Avocado and Fajita Veggies enchiladas with the spicy sauce option and they were fresh and well-flavored, and the queso was also delicious. Delivery was super quick and everything was packaged carefully. Will definitely be ordering again and directly from their website!

We are here now 3/12/22 with a large party celebrating our nephews 1st birthday! Great location off the expressway. Our seating area was closed off, private and very intimate. The ambiance is warm and inviting. The music is also perfect. Not too loud or too low. We can have a conversation and hear each other. We love it.

Mixteco has some good Tacos. The best Taco on the menu is the Specialty Fried Shrimp Taco that thing is to die for 2 big Colossal shrimp, slaw, & the Serrano sauce is a hit. The steak tacos are solid. But the chicken not so much. Their Guacamole is very good but not enough for the price. Tacos are about $4 a piece Specialty tacos around $5.25

Awesome Mexican food near me in noble square/wicker park. We love their steak tacos, salsa is on point, and delivery/pick is fast and convenient. If you haven’t ordered out from Mixteco when looking for a great Mexican food place in Chicago, I highly recommend doing so ASAP, you won’t be disappointed. From their burritos to their guacamole, this is a solid authentic Mexican restaurant addition to the bucktown, Wicker Park, and Noble Square neighborhood. It’s also great to support a local business in the neighborhood so hop on their website and order takeout Chicago Mexican food today.

I’ve never done a review since I thought they’re pointless, but I just had to leave one to this restaurant since they are new to the neighborhood. This has to be the best tacos in Chicago. All fresh and juicy, meat was so tender, the salsa was delicious. Everything was at quality! All of the menu options are amazing that I’m definitely coming back soon to try some more. Mixteco you have a client for life!
