This place is amazing. We had the OG, pork belly and the Brussels. Pretty sure it was the best we’ve ever had. Nice atmosphere, just not enough sitting area. Cocktails were also great.

Intimate space that invites you to enjoy craft cocktails ( or beer / wine) with a small menu showcasing the talents of the pit master . Friendly , knowledgeable staff. Nice back porch seating and beautiful landscape paintings on the walls.

The restaurant Taylor so desperately needed. As a resident of Taylor for over six years I’ll honestly say that Mixtape is the best combination of cool vibes, proper cocktails & skilled plates.

Food was good, although pork belly was very salty. Felt food was a little overpriced for location/type of venue. Good range of cocktails, I think our group tried about 5 of them and liked them all.

From the moment you walk up, you know you’re about to experience something special. Though the layout of indoor seating is spacious it feels cozy and welcoming. Every dish we ordered was a great portion size, seasoned just right and evidently made with love. It’s the perfect place to gather and enjoy great food.

The best cocktails in all of East WilCo…including the margarita! Every single thing I’ve put in my mouth there has literally been to die for: the OG, the pork belly, the chicken and all of the sides. One day I’ll make it home from work in time to try the Burger Special on Friday nights…it sells out quick, y’all!

Got the OG, the pork belly, and the chicken. All top notch, nothing is bad. Cheers to whoever your pitmaster is, better meat than most bbq places I’ve been to. The only thing I might suggest is something light that can balance things out a bit, everything is very flavorful including the sides that come with the dish. It left me looking for some bread or something lol. Even some steamed white rice would be good. Anyway, good problem to have in the south where flavor is king. This place will be a regular goto for me for sure, keep up the good work.
