I have tasted better BBQ Ribs. On my point of view at this place, they were a little bit too dry or overcooked. BBQ falling off the bone is the best. Anyway, I’ll stop by for a second chance.

My favorite stop when I go thru Amarillo. I love their brisket. They are generous with their portions. Great flavor. They have an awesome BBQ sauce. Love this pickle/relish bar. They are located inside the Valero off I-40. West bound side.

The ribs were not trimmed or skinned before cooking. The meat was dry, and stuck to the bone. I have had indigestion all afternoon from eating there. I felt like I was chewing on a rubber dog toy. The BBQ sauce was very good. Texas chips were very satisfying in terms of crunchy. I wasn’t a fan of the Mac and cheese but in their defense I’m not a big cheese lover. Stopped for food after 4 hours driving. My sliced beef sandwich was very tasty. And I enjoyed the sauce as well. My wife did not care for her chopped beef. She would have liked the sauce warm. I would definitely stop again!!

I’m from SC on a business trip. Needed fuel and seen the bbq. I was hesitant but man o man. I got it to go, and everything was delicious. Added some hot bbq sauce and jalapeños and just made it that much better.

Their food was terrible today! Stopped in for the mitch and got burnt turkey, greasy pulled pork, bone dry brisket, the sausage was the only thing that tasted the way it should and the ribs you could have bounced off the pavement they were like rubber! Over all bad experience and I will think twice about stopping here again. Oh and lady chopping brisket was just out right rude! Oh yeah and I paid over 50.00 for 2 plates that weren’t fit to eat! Oh and 1 last thing there were no rib at all on 1 plate but it should have had 1 rib but that’s OK since it couldn’t even be chewed!
