Failure! I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me there. There were 4 employees working Mitch’s, but they were too busy chatting amongst one another to serve a customer. This was my first stop at the Plainview Toot-N-Totem and it will be my last. Arby’s next door served me right away.

Mediocre at best. We ordered the turkey and brisket and received scrapes and hard/fatty bits. Definitely not worth the $20 we paid.
