Went here to escape the island for a night and was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good and sake even better. We had a big group and sat at the bar and everyone seemed happy with what they ordered. I had the octopus and the spicy pork meal and while I’d probably not get the octopus again(not really my thing, just wanted to give it a try) my wife enjoyed it. The spicy pork had some kick but it was extremely good. Would definitely come back.

It is a beautiful place, I did not drink any beer, but I was impressed with the business model. There is a set fee, customers get a wristband and can taste and drink from many different beers, we ate Pizza and it was good. I was too hungry to wait 1:00 for the rooftop restaurant, I will do it next time, I bet it is worth the wait,

Located in a strip mall with that kind of atmosphere – clean, small, not much “ambiance” – just a cute place to have some good food. Service was fantastic. Pork belly and katsu chicken buns were pretty good. Ramen broth was tasty but seemed light on the noodles. A good place to go for lunch.

Food was okay. We got curry chicken and duck ramen. The curry chicken was very very chewy. The duck ramen had a piece of concrete in it. Glad I didn’t break a tooth when I found it in my mouth.

I’m always looking for restaurants that only serve one specific type of food. We an hour to get to this place. Mitaka only serves Ramen and some appetizers of course. They don’t make sushi or anything else. Their ramen does not disappoint! Their Tonkatsu and Shoyu soup based ramen are excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant for some good ramen.
