I’ve been eating food from Mister Taco for years and they’ve been in business since 1981. The food is authentic, fresh and delicious. Their Chorizo is very unique and different from many others that I’ve tried and I’m addicted to it. The family that owns Mister Taco is kind, respectful and hardworking. They work very hard to make sure the customers are well fed and happy! They are a wonderful asset to the New Rochelle community and always take care of their customers! Their homemade hot sauce is literally one of my favorite sauces in the world and I always request two cups with my burritos because I just can’t get enough! Go there if you are in the mood for real, authentic Mexican food that is prepared with love!!

2020 Recommended dont know who Mr Taco is but the lady that made my food did a good job . My chicken tacos were seasoned just right with everything on it. I like it that she makes her green sauce spicy. Service was good, fast and friendly. The interior was clean and spacious.

Solid 3 star food here. I had a steak torta and shrimp taco. It was pretty good, not mind blowing though. I might go back and try a few other options. Nice affordable spot to keep in rotation in New Rochelle.

Always stop in here for beef burritos and a Squirt soda (real Mexican version) when in town. Hot sauce is a bit much for me now, so I have to stick with medium sauce now. Same owners for like… EVER. Always great service for the past 30 or so years. Now you have parking spaces in old CVS lot. Another plus!

I felt very uncomfortable and out of place as a black man coming to order some food. Got weird looks and they took my order as if they really didn’t want to. So they just rush me along so they can get me out of there. I’d be careful going there alone. As for the food very salty and a lot of fat on meat. Which I think was don’t on purpose.
