This is definitely the best restaurant in the the area – when you consider the overall dining experience. The food is much better than the standard “family or tourist” restaurant. The desserts are especially great. I live about 20 minutes from the MIR and have eaten there many times. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. There is a good mix of locals, fishermen – young and old. Check out the offerings in the old cigarette dispenser – a great tribute to the locals.
