It was Veteran appreciation today! They offered a American for military and retirees. The food was good. Tried the chicken, BBQ, fried and the slaw. I loved the slaw! Great portion size. The lemonade was great! Lots of different sauces to choose from.

Brisket (moist) and pulled chicken were very good. Sides were fresh cut fries and kicking collards also very good. Service was good. My wife had Brisket sandwich and said it was I know all prices are up… all I can say is $ 40 for 1/2 pound of meat, Brisket sandwich, 4 sides and 2 drinks is at the very top of the range I was willing to pay. No matter how good it is. But the food was excellent.

Kyle, who served us the food, asked for the types of sauces we wanted and I gave him the list, he asked if we had a different one not listed and we told him this was our first time and he graciously extended his hospitality with giving us some peach cobbler to go! The BBQ was amazing and served with a smile. I had the pulled pork BBQ sandwich with Smokey Mountain sauce and a side of potato salad. Simply pit, delicious! Definitely recommend!
