The front of the house ladies are amazing. The first time I went they were very welcoming. The BBQ sure didn’t disappoint and they brought out a big brownie for me as a thank you for my service. That was 2 days ago and I have been there 3 times now and will be back again the next time I visit as they now know me by name.

Loved my brisket and the coleslaw and potato salad were top notch. I honestly couldn’t find a sauce on the table that I fell in love with. But one of the servers offered me something from behind the counter that was up a level. It’s great BBQ for the area but the real reason to go here is because the service is top-notch.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We walked in for our first time and were greeted with a kind hello, and the young man who took our order was so patient and respectful! When we picked up our food from the counter the manager, Richard, had overheard that we were first timers and he gave me a rundown of their operations, can you believe they make everything fresh in house, even their sauces! Then Richard surprised us with a coupon for a free sandwich and some delicious strawberry shortcakes (omg they were so good). Not to mention, the food was AMAZING. There was nothing left on our plates! Oh and the iced tea and lemonade combo, doesn’t get better than that. Finally, the consideration and thoughtfulness for the Armed Forces and first responders really touched me. Both my husband and I have very close family members who served, some who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Thank you Mission BBQ! We already can’t wait to come back!

This was my 3rd time in the store. The kids who work there give great customer service. However, The older woman with the long fingernails who wears glasses has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever encountered in this place. She was Not helpful at all, instead she had very rude responses to us wanting to make sure our food was correct! No hospitality whatsoever. It was as if she truly hated her job and attempted to take it out on customers!! I would love to see a turn around in her behavior the next time I happen to visit. Her attitude was not one for success!! Hopefully she gets better.

Look no further for your large group meal needs! I have used Mission BBQ for multiple 20-40 person events and have never been disappointed! Consistent quality barbecue, delicious sides, and all the “extras” to make your event go off without a hitch (serving spoons, silverware, etc). Ritter was especially helpful taking my order this time around- friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The food is great, and the outstanding people are the icing on the cake!
