A very Vietnamese restaurant in San Francisco, California. The name MISS SAIGON is very lovely, very Vietnamese. The restaurant’s food was delicious: we had fried chicken, fish soup, and a few more. We also like the fish sauce with chili, very Vietnamese. Interesting experiment.

Thank you so much for giving me extra hoisin sauce! Whenever I make an order on Grubhub/ UberEats at any Vietnamese restaurant in SF and ask for extra sauce like I’m willing to pay them more but they don’t care ‘bout my note. However, this restaurant was the very first one that gave me extra sauce with such a cute note written on the box saying “ Hi Mimi, thank you so much. Bon appetit. I didn’t charge you extra for the hoisin sauce”. The Pho was really tasty . To the owner, thank you so much for that ! Con cám ơn chủ quán ạ!

Dinner before a show at the Golden Gate Theatre. Super fun colorful dining room with lots to look at. Great food in very large portions. Fast and friendly service. We get delivery from here sometimes but had never been in to sit down.

A great place for a bowl of warm and savory soup pho. We ordered one w chicken and mixed beef. The chicken meat is tender and fresh, and the beef is yummy too, tho next time will try w just beef slices. The fried spring rolls are crispy and hot. Overall a very satisfying Vn dinner, more authentic than many in Vietnam.

Really nice authentic food. Very good flavors. To the soup you get the vegetables on the side. I really recommend this restaurent.

I got the bbq pork roll however requested for peanut sauce instead of fish sauce. The meat inside was warm while the wrapping was firm and held all the items together well. The combo pho came with more than enough meat and the broth was wonderfully clear yet fragrant.

It was decided to meet at the Miss Saigon Vietnamese restaurant because the government agents that are watching Vlingo Tran wouldn’t be able to understand our conversation. The transfer of the Whopwholer-Pripper diagram and it’s prototype would be made via the leftover take home boxes. The Hondurans along with the Salvadorans were very keen on this machine and would stop at nothing to see it erased, but my food would be first.

Having tried 4 Vietnamese restaurants here, this one is by far the most authentic one and the best in San Francisco downtown. I think it’s family run business, great service, food and price. Really worth every penny. Highly recommend and I have been there for two times now and will be back for one more time before I leave the city. It is just to too good to miss it.

Well recommended. They serve pretty authentic meals. I’m so glad I came. I ordered the seafood soup with egg noodles. You get a lot of noodle but only 1 shrimp, sadly. I recommend the calamari; it was perfectly cooked and moist with just the right amount of breading. The neighborhood might turn off some people, but if you’re just visiting, don’t be afraid to give them a try.
