Once again today I had a lovely bowl of pho at Miss Saigon. I have been enjoying the pho there for many years and recommend it highly. I have also tasted a good deal of their large menu and have never had a bad meal there. The relaxed atmosphere and good service make it a consistently good place to take friends and family when you are out and about in Amherst. It’s not an elegant setting, but it’s very good for casual dining. The menu includes a wide variety of pho, which is served with fresh mung bean sprouts, fresh basil leaves, jalapeno slices and a lime wedge. Sri racha sauce and hoisin sauce are always on the table. Great appetizers including various rolls, dumplings samosas, meat on sticks with great sauces can get your party started and you will see lots of Vietnamese classics in the main sections of the menu. The salads are always fresh with great dressings. The drinks menu is also extensive and includes teas, juice combinations and flavorful jellies and bubbles.

I really enjoyed the curry chicken soup with jalapeños and basil added to taste. The crab rangoon’s were extra crisp and the dipping sauce complemented the appetizer. I plan to order delivery in the future. Be sure to plan extra time for waiting, but the food quality is worth it!

Found reviews online and we were not disappointed. Very generous portion sizes. Perfect to split an entree or plan on leftover takeout for your lunch the next day. (although a woman) I am a hearty eater, and I couldn’t eat even half. Ordered Green curry with chicken, medium heat. Perfect heat but didn’t overpower the flavor. Hubby agreed my dish was better than his (he got #54 and it was also tasty).

Ordered vegetarian soup bowl. Very packed. Serving size very big…. for the size bowl. Layers among layers of goodness… tofu by itself is bland. Needs a texture. It’s my fault. That I failed to remove thing I don’t eat while ordering dish. That’s on me. But the atmosphere is relaxing. Place has yummy broth.

We were planning to eat somewhere else but it didn’t work out, so we hit Miss Saigon as an alternative. I have to say, we were both so glad it turned out that way! Fun, relaxed atmosphere; friendly, accommodating staff who really seem to know the menu well and THE FOOD!!!! The two of us split a BBQ pork Banh Mi to start and then he had the Miss Saigon Pho while I had the duck soup, perfect for a rainy day!! We also had a Matcha Milkshake – I’ll be dreaming of it until I get to have one again. We couldn’t have been happier with the meal.

Amazing pho. The best pho I’ve ever eaten. Honestly all the food is amazing. Fast service, good prices, located right in downtown Amherst. I highly recommend eating here.

Great spot for lunch. Wasn’t too hungry for a full meal so a friend and I decided to split some “little” bites. Well, the little bites were more than we could have asked for. We ordered steam pork dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings, soy paper veggie spring rolls, crab Rangoon and a Vietnamese iced coffee. All this food for $20 a person. Great price, delicious flavors, plentiful amount of food per dish, and Swift service. Highly recommend this spot.

I ordered the Miss Saigon Pho and it was delicious and served at a lightning fast speed. The service was super friendly and the owner is very nice. I will definitely be back to my favorite and in my opinion the best pho I have ever had in this region!

Love Miss Saigon. They’re super nice, the service is quick, and the menu is reasonably priced. I usually eat pho, mango fried rice, or banh mis at this place and they never miss. I’ve been going to Miss Saigon for well over three years, and they’ve never let me down. They have a mean Thai tea as well, and many other delicious drinks to try. Highly recommend going here if you want a good sized plate at a fair price and great service. Thanks Miss Saigon!
