This is it. If you are looking for the best Mexican food in KC, look no further! I went here after I saw all of the amazing reviews and I am so glad I did. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. I had the Huarache and Taco De Canasta and I would highly recommend both of these dishes. The food was actually so good, I went back again the next day to get more.

We got a huarache and two tacos. The owners were kind and communicated clearly with us. The huarache was delicious and it was about the size of our plate. The tacos tasted good but were a little small. I enjoyed the outdoor seating. The green salsa was very tasty. I thought the addition of the hard candies was fun.

The food was fantastic, we tried almost every type of meat and all of it was amazing. The service was even better, the owner personally brought the food to our table and chatted with us, always offering to bring us whatever we needed. 10/10 would recommend!

Tacos are some of the best in town! I had Pollo, Asada, Cabeza, and a Tacos De Canasta that was out of this world. Great location right off the boulevard. And Grapefruit Jarritos! Open Monday through Saturday. Check them out!

Their ingredients are really fresh and the chicken wings are great. But it would’ve been great if the salsas and foods were better seasoned. They needed more saltiness. Overall, the place seemed clean and has got nice seating area. And easy parking.

Love this food truck! I told the man it was my first time trying it and he passionately walked me through the menu. You can tell he is all about this. I tried the tacos de canasta and the meat had delicious rich flavor with a kick. They could have put more meat on them, the meat content was not very generous but all in all this food was really good.

We visited Miranda’s after seeing their highly rated reviews, as we were unfamiliar with the area. They did not disappoint! The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the customer service was top notch. The food truck is stationed in an industrial park and is easy to locate. There are three tables where you can sit and enjoy your meal. Definitely recommend Miranda’s!

We used Miranda’s taco truck for a graduation party for our son. Luis and Ana were so wonderful to work with. The tacos were outstanding. Everyone loved them! I would highly recommend them if you are hosting an event. Everything was perfect!

Miranda’s was great! Our kids loved it and we did too! Staff were super helpful and totally welcomed a bunch of Johnson County Gringos in with open arms. Tried multiple different items off the menu and all were great, highly recommend this place if you are in the area, and/or want some authentic Mexican food.
