Walked in after googling the nearest steakhouse, and got an amazing dinner, service & experience. Amanda was our server- may i repeat GREAT SERVICE. she explained all the tips and tricks in cooking our own steaks, helped us choose our cuts of meat & steaks. Side dishes were great for sharing, steaks are reasonably priced and you can’t beat getting an experience getting to cook your own meal. My partner has been working in Colorado for about a month and it was a good surprise to be able to cook a meal with him.

Our waitress, Amanda, is the best. She’s friendly, polite, and helpful. She helped my dad cook his yellow fin tuna and provided clear instructions on how you ordered and how long to cook/season your food. She was very attentive even while taking care of multiple tables. The food was tasty and the side dish portions are large and tasted great. Salad bar could be a little better if it had some bacon bits or diced ham.

I think this place is great…. but it’s not for everyone. If you are not the least bit grill savvy, I’d go somewhere else. There were several people that had to go back to the grill because their food was undercooked. Some found that to be a little annoying.

Best cuts of steak available or choose chicken fish shrimp to grill yourself over a perfectly heated grill – think hibachi only you’re the chef. Seasonings, butter, appointments to choose from if you want. Myriad sides and all you can eat salad bar. Great home town ambiance, friendly and attentive staff. Know how to cook your steak, or get a quick lesson before going. Fun and delicious.

Cheap steaks! They are hard to find in Summit County but this place has them in the $20-30 range +. I liked the rustic no frills vibe and cooking our steak was fun in the oldest restaurant in Colorado. Nice staff too.

Pick your steak and cook it yourself. We haven’t eaten here in nearly 20 years and it’s still a great place to go. Salad bar included in price. Sides are ordered separately. Texas toast also with salad bar. Met the owner and he gave us a sticker. Sweet man.
