This was an awful experience. Delivered burnt pizza and chicken, mozzarella sticks were smashed with the lid, and one of the slices of my mini pizza had no sauce or cheese(pictured). I used to love minsky’s and was excited to order for my daughter’s birthday. After spending over $100 on slumber party food, highly disappointed.

Minsky’s is amazing! So far, I’ve had the nature lovers pizza (delicious with the thai sauce) and the weekday slice meal. The weekday meal was good value, with everything fresh and arriving quickly. The servers were friendly and very attentive. I hope they’ll consider adding a vegetarian option to the weekday slice meal other than just plain cheese!

The last 2 times I’ve been to this location… I got there right when they told me to pick up but then had to wait an additional 45+ minutes to get my food. We’ve got little kids so this always causes a disaster at home. If it was going to be a 1:10 wait then just tell me up front so I can plan accordingly. This time we got home and our kids’ pizza was quite undercooked – some wouldn’t eat it (and they love pizza). I’ve had much better luck with the College/Pflumm location. We really like Minsky’s (get it once a month) but will not be returning to this location… if you go there might be line of angry takeout customers.

Server was unavailable 90% of the time. We came in around 4 it was not busy and it took 20 minutes to even order our food. The food was bland and disappointing. We got the medium pizza but then our server charged us for a large. They forgot my salad as well. 2/10 will not be coming again. 🙁

Food was very good, although it did take almost 45 minutes to get it all with no explanation. Our waitress was very distant. Seemed in a bad mood, barely spoke to us, and we had to get help from the nice bus girl a couple times. Everyone can have a bad day, but some communication would’ve been nice.

I love this place. Minsky’s makes what I would describe as “American Style” Pizza. It’s not Neapolitan, it’s not Chicago, Detroit or New York Style. It’s a crispy crust with ample toppings. That said, they do it extremely well. Everything tastes great, and they have just the right amount of toppings as far as I’m concerned. Service always seems to be really, really good, as well, which is becoming less and less common.
