Small place with a great atmosphere. Food is flavorful. The service is a bit slow and there’s only one restroom for the whole place. Prices are reasonable and they have good size portions.

That was my first time at Mino Brasserie, I finally decided to give it a shot after passing by so many times. The outdoor patio is a nice setup, I took a table there. I started with half a dozen “Beau Soleil” oysters which were fresh and briny – exactly what I like! Although, they were served with a tiny bottle of “tobasco” which I believe is not appropriate at a chef restaurant. Any house-made cocktail sauce would be much better than a generic spicy pre-packed condiment, I did not even try to open it. For the main course, I had salmon and it was good. Pretty good, but not exceptional. Yes, I am very picky about fish! Lemon tart for dessert was okay. The highlight of the night was Hugo, a French waiter/host/manager, very polite and attentive young man, his service was just perfect. Overall, I had a lovely experience at Mino tonight. I might come back to try duck..

Great service, food was delicious. Escargot wasn’t the usual preparation with garlicky butter but was so delicious. We took the server’s advice and ordered the filet- excellent choice. We also enjoyed the burrata, scallops and deviled eggs. Beau Soleil oysters are my absolute favorite and we were thrilled that those were the oyster that were served. Fun, relaxed vibe… excellent food.

The food was delicious and the host was very nice. Definitely in the higher end. The starter bread was okay nothing special. Our appetizers were tasty and simple I would recommend the octopus. The main dish were quite delightful a good portion was served. Out of all our dishes I would recommend the beef tartare. The dessert was amazing. Definitely would recommend to check this place out.

Delicious dishes in a relax environment with great service. We had the entrecote frites and the boeuf bourguignon, accompanied by a nice bottle of Rhone wine. The bourguignon was tasty with great flavors, I can see why it seems a favorite among the reviews. Perfect for a cold winter night. The entrecote cooked medium as requested, nice and red in the middle. Nice touch to serve the beef over a bed of green beans. The presentation of the dishes outstanding. The dining room is airy with large windows overlooking the street and a view to the open kitchen. Service was great, no rush, cordial and plenty of time to enjoy our food and wine. For desert we shared the profiteroles, though we enjoy them, we had better, the dough could have been fluffier and more flavorful. Next time we will try some other desert from the many choices they offer. Overall highly recommended.

The best French food we’ve had outside of France. It reminded us of a neighborhood restaurant in the Latin Quarter in Paris where we stayed a few years ago. Huge portions, superb flavor, excellent wine, but super low key. So happy to have this place in the neighborhood.

Foie gras and escargot are incredible!! Great service that waiter even noticed that I’m left handed and positioned the silverware precisely! Best French I’ve ever had.
