The food was good, not as good as in previous years, the lasagne seemed to have less meat and cheese as before the pandemic. The main reason is the service.

Great local restaurant. We stopped in for a quick bite and were very pleased. Italian sub was delicious! Service was very good and prices were reasonable. I always believe if you can smell the restaurant from the parking lot expect good things! It did not disappoint. Give it a try.

Food was great. I don’t know if the wait staff and kitchen was overwhelmed or what, but it took forever for them to wait on us. It took soooo long for our food to come out and our party of 8 each got their dishes at completely different times. The toddler got hers last, because they forgot to make it. She had to wait 7 mins after the last person was finally served to eat. She nibbled on ours while she waited. When we were finally finished, it took about 25+ mins for them to bring our check after we finally asked, and then took a long time to grab our cards and cash us out. Then we were stuck waiting on to-go boxes. We spent a long time waiting. we were all very hungry and ready to get out the door when finished with our food. It was good food, but service was not great.

Nice neighborhood Italian restaurant. Perfect balance of quality and cost. I had a ~$14 baked ziti, and it was really tasty, good quantity, and came with a side salad. Relaxed enough atmosphere that the kids can be themselves, but still a nice place. Comfy booths. Gluten free pasta options and pizza. Really friendly service. We’ll be back!

A long term resident of Westerville, I have been going to Minico’s for both dine-in and take-out for many years, even when they were on Sunbury Road in Central College. We were running behind on yard work and it was getting late so I ordered take-out; subs for me and my daughter, one with banana peppers and one without. It took several calls to place the order and at least a half dozen calls just rang busy. Ready to go elsewhere I gave it one more call and they answered, I placed my order, and they did not ask my name.

First and likely the last time ordering here. Ordered family zita to go and the menu clearly shows it comes with meatballs but we didn’t get any. Called the restaurant and was told it doesn’t include them. They need to either correct their menu or adjustment what we were charged.

We ordered carryout for a family of five. Very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious food. We had spaghetti, white spaghetti, and Stromboli. Salad was fresh and loaded with goodies. Very friendly staff and had the order ready at a specially requested time. This is a definite go to for family dinner.
