I placed an order for pick up the next day, arrived at the store and it was closed. By phone, I placed my order and confirmed with the employee the time to pick it up, but when I arrived at the store, I had not ordered, there was no employee, there was nothing. The store was simply closed. lacks professionalism and commitment to customers.

I think they were in a hurry because they sold me lightly baked (white) churros that tasted like raw dough. Also, I asked for coxinhas with catupiry but they came mixtures with regular (thick dough/little stuffing).

This place is pick up only. They have 2 sizes of bites. I ordered premium, they significantly larger and my opinion much tasty. I personally like chicken and chicken with cheese. They also have Brazilian soda Guarana, it is my favorite, much healthier than Pepsi or Cola. I strongly recommend this place especially if you planning for large party and need some type of fingers food.

Did you know everything is made to order? They have nothing just sitting around under a heat lamp. Whatever you order will be cooked for you and it is amazingly delicious.

Ordered for the 1st time. Customer service was on point. Very helpful, I Ordered church’s with nutella, to fie for. And the chicken with cream cheese are amazing!! Would definitely recommend!!

Accidentally ordered from wrong location. Called to see if they could cancel. The employee who answered the phone hung up in the middle of me explaining and I called back 4 times for her to decline every call. I just wanted a refund for some food I was never going to pick up.
