Do not get the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken on the inside was mushy like it was undercooked or they didn’t drain the oil. The sweet and sour sauce is the worst I ever had. Is not sweet at all. It has hot peppers and onions in it. My husband said the beef and broccoli was pretty good but they give you a small thing of rice for a combo plate. Their eggs rolls are shrimp and pork. I did like the outside of it but then inside had an overwhelming taste of overcooked pork. Not sure if I will be going back but positive note good customer service and the place is clean.

I have been eating here for years. To me it’s the best Chinese food in Anne Arundel county hands down! My favorite is the Sesame Chicken. Their brown sauce is my favorite, no matter which dish they use it in.

A small place not fancy but if I chose of any place to get Chinese it would be Ming’s Cafe I love my mei fun but almost every place I have to pay extra for each item but I was amazed that Ming’ s mei fun had everything already in it only thing extra was the broccoli only one dollar. I always get the house mei fun it has shrimp chicken and pork with rice noodles and veggies with egg every bite I got either the shrimp,chicken, or pork they are not stingy. Most aces you get maybe 3 shrimp if your lucky and I ordered shrimp spring roll , best ever, made perfect I drive all the way from chester Md. Over the bridge to get to Ming’s because their food is so delicious

The food here is pretty high quality compared to most others in the area. The house lo mein is delicious but my favorite is the Szechuan beef. Delivery can take a while but carry out is usually pretty quick. They do hopping carry out on Saturday and Sunday nights, so those waits will be a little longer. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant has been clean every time I’ve gone in.

Tried them out because of the rating. Crab ragoons has weird taste I couldn’t distinguish. Beef and broccoli was good, pork fried rice ok but no veggies just pork, a bit of egg and rice.

The absolute WORST chinese (or any) carryout or dine in restaurant food I have EVER eaten. Let’s start with the crab Rangoon. The wrapper was so stale I could barely chew it. I found out quickly that it wasn’t even worth chewing. Very little filling (come on guys it’s cream cheese and fake crab)… and actually it tasted nothing like crab and exactly like plain old cream cheese.

New experience, totally disappointed on our last carryout. Rice was stall and dry. Sauces were bland and the aroma was obnoxious. The proteins were dry and seemed like end pieces. We “will not” return. We advise all SP to look elsewhere!!!!

Terrible food- eat at your own risk… I ordered carry out from Ming’s Cafe because of the ratings and my husband and I tried the food and the only edible thing was the egg roll. The Mongolian beef tasted bland and like mushy beef. The chicken lo mein tasted burnt and like oil. The egg drop soup was so thick it looked like spoiled milk. So disappointed. We threw the entire meal out and ordered pizza. Don’t waste your money.

After hearing raving reviews from a close friend, I made the trek to Mings with my family for a birthday dinner. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff made the experience so fun with their attentive service and great sense of humor. We will definitely be coming again!
