Food here is usually really good (minus the egg rolls, they’re disgusting) we get the chicken wings and pork fried rice and boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice… it’s been good in the past, but today was a horrible experience. My boneless spare ribs were burnt to a crisp. Too hungry to wait for a new order to be made so I’m just eating rice. ♀️

I decided to eat in rather than take out, I sat down and ordered two of the chef specials. Neither arrived at the table very hot. The beef in one of them was very tough as if it had been pre-sliced and refrigerated. While the vegetables seemed fresh, it look like the whole dishes was prepared by just adding brown sauce to the ingredients and mixing it and serving it.

I have been frequenting this restaurant since I was in high school. Honestly, they have always rated at the top for me. I never had a bad experience here at all. I ordered from here last night for a family birthday get together, 5 combo meals plus appetizers. They got everything right, the food arrived hot and delicious. I recommend this place 100%!

Ming Lok is dependably delicious. Standard Chinese-American joint. All of their food is pretty good. Dumplings (particularly fried) are good, egg roll is solid. Fried rice leaves more to be desired but not bad by any means.
