I have eaten Ming Hing’s food for 20 or more years. The change in the taste and quality of the food in the last 6 months is unbelievable. The food used to be the best anywhere around and now it is completely tasteless. I’ve never had to add soy sauce to the food in the past, but the house fried rice I got today needed 2 packs of soy sauce to have any taste at all. The new owners are also using small little shrimp instead of the large delicious shrimp that the previous owners used. This is the 3rd time I’ve eaten the food since the new owners took over thinking that any new restaurant has issues, but the lack of taste in this food continues. I miss the old Ming Hing.

Very good sesame chicken, any kind of lo meins, crab rangoons, and fried wontons, everything has taste so delicious.

The server wasn’t very friendly, and the atmosphere was dark(they didn’t even turn on the dining room lights) and unwelcoming. We drove from Cambridge OH just to try their buffet, only to find they didn’t have a buffet as advertised. We had to ask for drinks after seating ourselves. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

Fast and delicious everytime. General Tso’s Chicken, Moo Goo Gai Pan, Pork Egg Rolls, Hunan Chicken, Egg Drop Soup.

Hat to say but ming hing has gone downhill. Got an order of dumplings and egg rolls. Egg rolls were decent. The dumplings tho were burnt. I feel that the fact that they gave them to me in that condition they must not care about quality and customer service. This was my go to for Chinese even tho 4 others are closer to my house. Guess I won’t be making the drive anymore.

Service was nice and quick but food is made a non authentic style. Very Little to no pork in the pork fried rice, looks like yellow rice from a rice cooker with ad ons. Not recommended.

Always good food! Can’t go wrong here!

Very good. Huge menu and have many things other places don’t have. They are a little more expensive then others I’ve been to but it’s nothing that would make me stray away.. as any Chinese restaurant portions are huge, foods fresh and hot when you get it, and don’t take long for oder to be ready.

My friend and I ate here. My crab rangoon and egg roll were okay and her shrimp fried rice wasn’t proper fried rice – it looked like yellow minute rice. The major problem is we both got violently sick a few hours later from the food. It felt like food poisoning. I would be scared to eat here again, not worth the risk.
