My boyfriend and I had really loved this place and would order all the time. Everything was great until yesterday when I was almost done eating and found a few long strands of human hair mixed in with my food!!! I was so digusted and mad. We called to politely tell them what happened, but they never even offered us a refund??? Yeah… We’re not eating from Ming Hing anymore.

I ordered a large shrimp fried rice with $2 extra shrimp, it was jam packed with shrimp from start to finish (not just on the top when you open it), delicious fresh hot perfectly cooked rice. The boneless spare ribs for a small were a perfect portion for 2 small portions or one person large portion. Crab rangoons were fresh and delicious. Everything was enough to feed 2-3 people for $30!! The food was done within 12 minutes and they offered sauces with great customer service and a smile. I’ve had Chinese food all over CNY, This beats out my favorite spot on westcott that’s been my spot for over 6 years. I hope y’all keep doing your thing!!!!

Four star? I believe it to be 5 star. I ordered my go to comfort dish and had it ready to go before the 10 minutes they estimated for my order. The chicken was amazing, not too crispy and not soggy at all. Tasted great and was still warm when I got home too. Plenty large portions as well!

There was orange peels in my Orange Chicken Shrimp Fried Rice! I have never eaten orange peels in my life until now and it was messy with a bitter taste. I was totally disgusted about my whole order and have no plans to order from there ever again. Oh and I called to complain I was told that I should told them do not put the orange peels. First of all I’ve had orange chicken with rice before from other Chinese Restaurants and it’s never had orange peels mixed in it!

Pork fried rice and egg roll were tasty. Fairly sized portion and fairly priced. However, the chicken was over cooked. I was called twice by the restaurant while I was driving to pick it up, they left me a voicemail asking if I was still coming. This was 6 minutes after they said it was ready. I was literally driving there. This was a bit much.
