Great service and wonderful down home food. The breakfast we ordered was extremely generous in portions. We definitely didn’t leave hungry! Service was excellent. You can tell the people working there enjoy their job and like to please. Highly recommended. ( ps: Don’t forget a slice of pie)

They accommodated our last minute party of 26 people! They very efficiently took all orders, 5 separate checks. Food was delivered timely, delicious, no mistakes even with that many different orders. Kindest people. Highly recommend.

Traditional hometown diner with American fare. Wide selection of diner items, homemade pies and desserts also. Service is fast and friendly. Prices for portion sizes are more than fair.

Delicious American food, family friendly, and great desserts. The staff is very nice and attentive. Seating for individuals at a counter, plus many styles of booths and tables.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had! My toddler was given a cup of chocolate milk that was completely and disgustingly spoiled. Our wait time was absolutely outrageous. We waited for 1.5 hours for two very basic meals. It took so long my husband (with diabetes) went into diabetic shock. When the food arrived, our waitress even admitted the food wasn’t even worth it! Our drinks never arrived and the condiments were completely moldy inside. It will be a miracle if we don’t get food poisoning. If you value your health and time please do yourself and favor and avoid this restaurant.

I ordered the breakfast special and omg that apple fritter French toast I just can’t get over it, it also came with large side of hashbrowns, 3 sausage links and 2 eggs ($12). My daughter insisted on ordering 3 buttermilk pancakes ($9)…she could barely eat one, because each one was the size of the plate. Service was great too, this place also has a full bar with mimosas and bloodies! Great choice to eat!

While still new and working out the kinks, and not very open to feedback, overall they have very good food and good desert, though you will definitely pay a premium for the desert ($30 for a whole pie at the Holidays, but hey, you pay for the convenience of not making it yourself, so it is what it is). There are definitely different and interesting menu items to try and the restaurant is always clean and the wait staff friendly.

Quiet place for a family meal. Service was great. Staff were very friendly. We were expecting a fancier dining experience but it is more like eating at my grandma’s house without the odd smell. I wasn’t super impressed with the food quality compared to say Perkins nearby. Gotta say the tator tots were yummy. Hours are confusing as they change in the winter and aren’t posted anywhere. They do offer Bridgemans ice cream which is hard to find and always a treat.

Everything was amazing! I got the Jalapeño Popper wagyu burger, and it was delicious. My waitress was incredible! She was seating everyone, taking orders, and bringing out the food. She was on top of it all! I’d name drop, but I didn’t catch it. Next time I’m in Albert Lea, I’m definitely going back. If I could give more stars, I would.

If you want to experience something akin to a restaurant owned by a neurotic, self-absorbed douche like you’ve seen on Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsey, this is your place. Was it made from frozen, out of date product? By the time it gets to your table it will be both. And while you wait…and eat… you’ll be surrounded be senior citizens blowing their noses like they’re trying to join a bugle corps. The waitress was nice.
