Swung by for a quick lunch on our way through Chattanooga. Staff was fantastically friendly, despite working through multiple orders. Our group got the Pineapple Express and Pub, which were good, but the absolute winner was the October special, the Porker. The peach jam and Dijon mustard layered over thin sliced pork loin was unbelievably good. I asked about the November special (a Thanksgiving-themed sandwich) and regretted not being able to stay an extra day.

Mindy is the absolute best Chef in Chattanooga. Her deli has delicious options that will meet anyone’s cravings. Her tomatoe pie is to die for!!!!!!!! She has a lot of vegetarian options too. Mindy B’s Deli is a must do when you are in downtown Chattanooga.

Delicious, I ordered the club. The Turkey was so good (not dried out) every bite had just the right amount of turkey, bacon, tomato. etc. Also could not resist the coconut cream pie or the chocolate chip cookie. So much food I shared. Check out their salads as well.

Ordered through Grubhub. Excellent Ruben sandwich, nice mix in the fruit salad and my kid loved the 3 cheese grilled cheese with bacon on sourdough. Solid Deli fare all around.

After looking at the menu online and discovering I can build my own sandwich from scratch I was sold. So I built it online and ordered it for pickup because I felt it would be easier than rambling off my complicated order to the person behind the counter. The website was super easy to use and has so many options. I decided on a fried bologna sammie with tomato, onion, mayo, and pimento cheese with a side of potato salad. The sandwich was very tasty, the tomato on it was super fresh. I wasn’t a fan of the potato salad. To me it needed something but I couldn’t figure out what it was.
