Wow, this place is incredible. The sushi I got is phenomenal. The staff there is very kind as well, they gave me a complimentary Edamame and salad as well as Green tea which was incredibly nice of them. I’m very happy I came here and tried it out. Phenomenal food and incredible staff! Highly recommend!

Well, guess I’m adding another one to my list of restaurants I won’t be going back to. Most every staff were decent, but there was a youngish one with an attitude. Kinda barking at you rather than being gentle and courteous. Maybe she had a bad day. Maybe she always has bad days. I don’t know, but she should look for a different profession. Sorry for the rant. I don’t usually talk about the wait staff unless I have something nice to say. But this young one ruined our dinner and we just wanted to pay the bill and get out.

Perfect outside midday dining at MInato Sushi. They’ve added bamboo blinds that create privacy and block the intense afternoon sun. A light breeze made it a perfect environment. I’ve missed going here and am so glad they have this outside dining area!

Eaten at Minato maybe a dozen times. Best sushi in the Thousand Oaks area no doubt! Fresh fish, fair prices, and consistently delicious flavor. The real wasabi is also a plus!
