This place used to be so much better but their quality has gone way down. Specifically their Teriyaki sauce, which makes or breaks Teriyaki in my opinion. Last time it was a tiny cup for the portion size and this time it was basically teriyaki flavored water. My attached picture is with the entire cup dumped on top. This used to be my goto but I don’t think I’ll go here again after being burned twice.

Really enjoyed Minami Teriyaki. My fiancé and I have tried many places in the neighborhood and haven’t found one we’d like to go to again until we tried Minami. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food is terrific, and for a great price!

Portion size from a regular to the ‘extra’ spicy chicken is slightly different, but not much. For the prices, I’d recommend the regular. In comparison to other teriyaki’s I’ve had, Minami is a lot better in price and portion sizes in my opinion.

I’ve been in so many teriyaki place, all ok but the service was not good, noone smiles at you, don’t say hi, nothing. At Minami, they make me feel welcome, the owners welcome you with a HUGE smile. The food is AMAZING, and they have a superb Salad dressing (which they sell it separate in a bottle if you want to take home btw). This is my to go place, specially at lunch time when they have an awesome egg drop soup, complementary with your meal. Yes, I know I sound like a sappy commercial, but just go there and try their food, you’ll never say I’m wrong

e had the spicy chicken teriyaki and yokisoba. The portions were decent and overall we liked the food. Some of my chicken was burnt at the edge from the fire, but not such a big deal.

Have been there and had the food enough times that I can write an authentic review. The food is GREAT. All the times my family and I have ordered we have been very pleased with the food; quality, taste, serving size, everything is amazing. The customer service is also great and they are very friendly at Minami Teriyaki. Highly recommend and I love this place!

Ordered a spicy chicken Teriaki… the salad looked old and soggy, completely uneatable, chicken was ok and rice was ok… quality has gone down at this place while prices have gone up, I am done coming here, good luck.
