Great new all you can eat sushi. So happy that we don’t have to drive far anymore. Fresh selection of sushi rolls that are so good! Service was also excellent. The all you can eat menu isn’t just sushi, it’s many other options as well.

I have been to a lot of All You Can Eat (AYCE) sushi places in my life, but this is by far the best that I have ever been to. Because this restaurant also offers standard a la carte sushi the quality of the sushi that they provide for AYCE is far superior to stores that specialize only in AYCE.

We tried it today for the first time. Let me start by saying I have been in 5 all you can eat sushis, in NYC, Westchester, Boston and Meriden CT. This one was by far the best! Starting with a nice, clean, and appealing space. To very nice and friendly staff. To a very well priced menu. And finally, the food was amazing. Great selection of appetizers and the rolls were amazing. Fresh food prepared a la carte. They obviously have option not for all you can eat, but I like being able to try multiple rolls and share, so I was very happy to see one opening in Southbury. Wishing this business a lot of success! They deserve it. So happy to have an All You Can Eat Sushi in Heritage Village.

My husband and I visited this restaurant for lunch today for the first time since its opening at the start of the week, and we were so pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff are kind and attentive, and the all-you-can-eat sushi is delicious!!!

Wonderful place for eat in and take out. Had the all you can eat sushi a couple of weeks ago, and it was excellent. Tonight they delivered two orders of chicken wings and they were fantastic. Double fried, crispy, and awesome to eat.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Minami Sushi, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. The sushi at Minami is nothing short of exceptional. Each piece is crafted with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The menu also offers a wide variety of options. Apart from sushi, Minami also offers a range of other Japanese delicacies. The sashimi is incredibly fresh and the tempura is crispy. The staff members are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your dining experience. They are more than happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions you may have. The restaurant itself is elegant and well-designed, with a modern yet welcoming atmosphere. The seating is comfortable. It’s the perfect place for an intimate dinner or a gathering with friends and family. Overall, my experience at Minami Sushi was nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend Minami Sushi. It’s a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it receives.

Decided to try this new place out. Sadly we were very disappointed and ended throwing away 90% of our take out. We ordered the chicken and steak hibachi as well as some sushi rolls and dumplings. The hibachi meat was mealy, dry, and had no seasoning. The vegetables were watery, mushy, and once again not seasoned. The soup tasted like water. The tuna roll was fine. The dragon roll tasted old; very fishy and the avocado on top was very brown/oxidized. The dumplings tasted fine but very similar to something you’d buy in the freezer aisle at the store. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

Everything is so fresh and delicious. My entire family loved what they ordered. My son got the all you can eat and everything was amazing. We will definitely be going back again to try the hibachi and some more sushi.
