This pizzeria is nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment you step inside, the smell of the fresh, handmade dough and the sight of the bubbling hot pizza in the oven will make your mouth water. The menu has an impressive selection of toppings and specialty pizzas, including both classic and innovative combinations that are all equally delicious.

My wife and I are staying in Ardsley, and decided to try Mima’s based on the excellent reviews. Though most of the reviews were about pizza, we decided to have dinners: pasta with meat sauce and eggplant parmagiana. We started with garden salads – very fresh ingredients, topped with their homemade balsamic dressing, which was wonderful. The dinners were very good too; the homemade sauces were not sweet, a common failing of many pasta sauces. I really liked the eggplant; it was baked, not fried, and much lighter than usual – no thick coat of breading. We got to chatting with the very friendly owner, and he brought us two complementary garlic knots, hot and fresh from the oven – delicious.

Today I happened across this pizza place and am so happy I did. The staff (owner?) was very welcoming and gave me the grand tour of the many pizza choices as soon as I walked in. He was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. I chose the Rollatini pizza and it was amazing. The crust was light and crisp and the toppings blended perfectly with the ricotta and touch of marinara. Apparently this place is a new location, and as a traveller through the area I would say it’s well worth stopping in!

The cashier didn’t know what he was doing. He’s pressing buttons all over the place. I ended up being overcharged. I threw my receipt out. So what’s the point but I don’t like money being taken away from me. Food is just okay . This is more like a high school pizza place

The owner, Joel is lovely and we really enjoyed our meal. It’s a new place and I wasn’t expecting much when I walked in. Having lived in Italy for several years, I know good Italian food and the rigatoni pomodoro was spot on and cooked al dente. My patient also enjoyed his pasta fafioli soup and chicken parm. I would suggest making the bread warmer and having bread plates.
