Super kind and helpful employees, I have never been here before and came because I was curious and enjoy the Milos sweet tea brand. Workers gave good suggestions and I got a #6 burger combo it was really good, rich and filling 🙂 the fries are solid and my fiance got the nuggets. He was not a fan of the texture but I thought the chicken was good quality and just ate his leftovers. Overall good experience and of course reccomend the tea !!

I had no idea this milos was here downtown and I am very excited about it. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile by 3 ladies and they were extremely nice to me. My whole experience was amazing. My food came out hot and fresh. And I received it very quickly. I recommend everyone come to this Milo’s! Those 3 ladies need to be taken care of because they are doing an amazing job.

First time at Milo’s in March and employee John provided complimentary chicken nuggets so I could try all of the sauces! He was very kind and welcoming. And if that’s not enough, fast forward to this weekend when I returned and John greeted me with kindness and remembered who I was! I was in awe of his hospitality and have never had such a wonderful experience at a fast food restaurant. Thanks John!!

This was my first time coming to Milo’s Hamburger and my last. First my order was not right, I ordered a Hamburger with no onions and it was loaded with onions, second the French fries was overly seasoned with seasoned salt, too much salt. The only thing I enjoyed was my milo Tea…and the service was very slow .

Misleading shake prices. The drink prices listed in the shake portion of the menu made me think those were the prices for the shakes. I was expecting to pay $2.48 for a medium, but was surprised to find out it was actually a $5 shake. There are no prices listed in the shake menu portion so I assumed those prices applied to all drinks. I’m a very loyal Milo’s customer, I go to the store in Cahaba Heights at least a couple times a week, enough that they recognize me, but I feel completely betrayed by the misleading information.

Wasn’t bad, wasn’t great. If you’re looking for a fairly basic burger that reminds you of something truly homemade then this is your place. The apple pie was really good though!

My husband is in the hospital. He was FINALLY given the ok to eat food and wanted a burger. I ordered a combo for myself and a cheeseburger for him. We got the combo but not the cheeseburger ordered for him. Luckily he could eat my burger with just removing a few things and still be with in his dietary restrictions. The fries were cold and had no seasoning on them. I made SURE I ordered regular fries NOT no seasoning fries. I called and they didn’t seem to care and were not willing to make it right themselves. I had to jump through more hoops to request a refund from grubhub…. so the item was refunded but none of the fees and I’m still hungry.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit on this Saturday afternoon of Grand Opening Week! The food was perfect: my chicken fingers & fries were hot & fresh, and my sweet tea was just right! Mgr Takira, who took my order was kind & patient as I decided what I wanted, and made me feel so welcome. The new location was spotless, clean and new. They also have a drive-thru, although I sat outside on the patio. I loved it & will return soon!
