My mother and I work together as door dashers in the Alabaster area. I have never had a problem when picking up my food. It is always hot and fresh. The service is top notch. Even when I know they are super busy, they always greet me with a smile. I left fast food to door dash because my mental state was not where it needed to be. If I had to choose a location to start working at, it would be here. Irene, the manager, is down to earth and a hard worker. Everyone there is. Keep up the good work!

Milo’s is like a Jack’s but better, they say that this restaurant is only exclusive in Alabama and you would be right it is pretty much. Their sweet tea is signature, rich tasting and the hamburgers are on a whole different level, and you can never go wrong with their fries and chicken.

Ms. Irene is a superstar. THIS is how you should take care of your customers. I came through the drive thru after hours, unaware that they had already closed. At this point, the young lady could’ve just told me that they were closed, and call it a day. However, the young lady took my order as usual and asked me to pull around. When I got to the window, I was informed that they were out of the item that I ordered…an apple pie. Again, another opportunity to turn me away and finish closing. Instead what was done next was very encouraging and it made me feel taken care of and special. Ms. Irene went above and far beyond what she had to do to ensure that I was served and made to feel special. She gave me what they had and promised me that I could come back tomorrow and order what I initially wanted. She really took care of me and I don’t think I’ll ever forget how she went above and beyond what she actually had to do, to provide. Thank You Ms. Irene.

Food was good. I saw a tiktok about milos contributing to solving a murder mystery because nobody would order milos fries and not eat them right away, so thought we should try them out. Food was better than the big chains, but I’d put them right in the middle of the Jack’s, whataburgers, and in&outs market.

This Milo’s is AWESOME!!! The customer service is amazing. Our food is always served hot and tastes great!!! It’s not thrown together like it is sometimes at other fast food places. Burgers tasted the same as they should. Tea was watered down and the extra sauce cups you have to purchase weren’t even half full. Also, for two people to eat two burger meal combos. $25+ seems a little steep for fast food.
