What a wonderful experience! Who would have thought that I would stumble upon this incredible, extraordinary, exquisite humble diner. My air bnb host had recommended an excellent place that only takes cash, but somehow, she never mentioned the name! As fate had it, I made it to Millie’s anyways.

Even walking in I could tell that food was gonna be great. And it was. My only con would be watching her make a sandwich while eating a sandwich right over your sandwich that is being made. If you don’t know where it is, you may walk right by it.

I miss Millie’s all the time. My dad, Ronnie Poole, came to Millies with his cronies every morning. Oh to have those days back! I remember walking to town and waiting in line with everyone else.
