This is one of the times that this place gets a five-star in every single place of course. I did sit at the bar and I got an amazing service, I have to say. The bartender was Eva! Amazing service by far. Super fast and great drinks. She makes a Wicked Mexican mule!!!! If you see Eva, order the Mexican Mule, you will have more then one!

Absolutely love this location. Everyone works as a team to give you a great meal and experience. The highlight is definitely Erica, by far best bartender! She makes a great vodka martini. Always rushing around to make sure everyone is taken care of and happy. Employees like her keep customers returning. You guys are lucky to have her!!

I went to celebrate a promotion and had the best time with the bartender named Casey. She made it easy for me to figure out what to order since I’m not a big drinker. Very attentive and made sure my glass was never empty. Food was great! She took my order quick and as soon as I got it she asked how it was. I will be coming back to celebrate my birthday.

We love this place and eat here often. However, this visit was awful. They were on a 1-2 hour wait, though there were tables open every where. We decided to wait since the whole family loves the food. We are a party of 4. Three of the meals came out, mine did not. No biggie, I know sometimes one meal takes a little longer to prepare. Well, my family had all finished their meals, I still hadn’t received mine, and no one even noticed because they never checked on us. Not only did I sit and watch them all eat, I had nothing left to drink. Nor did anyone else. My poor husband tried to do his best to eat so slow, his food actually got cold trying to wait for me. When they finally brought it I was in tears (yes, grown adult in tears. It had been a day. I was exhausted and hungry, this was just the final straw.) Not uncontrollable crying, just a silent tear or two as I was emotional. Anyway, I no longer wanted my food, as everyone else was ready to go. They made it sound like a big deal that they wouldn’t make me pay for it. Also offers to take an additional amount off the bill. But when we got the bill my meal, which I believe was $15.50, had a discount of $13 and they gave us the additional discount of about $10. It was just strange. We’ve never had such a bad time here. We’ll go back… I hope it was a one off. We still left a decent tip as we used to both work in restaurants and we always tip well. But wow… y’all need to figure it out and do better. Not all customers are as understanding as we are. They did end up boxing up my meal to take along. It was cold but still pretty decent.

This rate is based on delivery. Food had missing side orders for both meals. No condiments given. And to top it off the food was cold. Yes I got a partial refund but I did not or could not even eat the meal. In the trash it went. My advise is. Don’t order take out. They are to busy to deliver accurate take out meals. Much better to dine in. Won’t order delivery again, second time this happened.

Great place to go hangout, family dinner or just chill with friends. Wide variety of beers on tap to for fill anyone’s taste. A ton of tvs to catch any game and the outside patio bar is fantastic. Highly recommend!

I recently placed a curbside pickup order with Ale House, and I must say that I was left quite disappointed with the overall experience. The order was made online with a pickup time set for 6:40, but unfortunately, my order wasn’t brought to my car until 7:08, which meant an unexpected and frustrating delay of almost 30 minutes.

This was my first visit at this location. I sat at the bar and was greeted immediately by Holly. She and Casey (Kasey) were very attentive despite a full bar. I don’t think 5 mins went by without them checking on me. I ordered wings well done and they were not but the flavor was good. No real complaint but would prefer a little more well done. Over all, a good experience and if these two are working I’d definitely come back!
