We arrived right when they opened and the restaurant did not look very clean. There were crumbs on the floor and the glass panels between the booths were smeared. There was NO coffee at a breakfast spot – go figure. The waitress said their machines were broken. They also force you to pay for bottled water. The honey biscuit appetizer did not seem fresh, as the biscuit wasn’t warm and neither was the butter. My husband found a hair on his plate and the waitress had to go and show it to her manager, which I thought was strange. But my mom, brother and I did enjoy our dishes. The salmon hash was delicious. By the time we left, it had gotten crowded so I’d recommend early arrival.

Was in town for a conference and decided to stop here since it’s blank owned. Great decision!!! Waited about 20-25 which was not too bad. Ordered the waffle half & half with bacon and fried lobster tail. Washed it down with a strawberry mimosa. Customer service was excellent and food came out timely!!! Will definitely visit again!

We went on a Saturday afternoon in the summer and it was so hot in there. I don’t know if the AC was broken or it’s always that hot but it was uncomfortable. The floors were slick and there were no wet floor signs, just the host saying “be careful the floors are slippery” but there was no explanation as to why? I didn’t see anyone mopping and it wasn’t raining. The wait time was about 10-15 mins and our server was relatively nice. I hate when the server doesn’t ask if it will be separate tabs because when I forget to say it, I feel bad remembering when the check comes. My friend ordered a to go order and they brought it out as a table meal. The waiter ended up fixing the mix up. However they never gave side plates. Their menu doesn’t allow any additions or substitutions so you get what you see or build your own. The best thing on the menu to me was the fried green tomatoes. The steak and potatoes were terrible. I took it home because their food isn’t ‘cheap’ but i still ended up throwing it in the trash. I’m not sure if it was just a bad cut of meat or what but it tasted like rubber. And that sauce they served with the steak was awful. The eggs didn’t seem like they had cheese on them but maybe that wasn’t what the menu said. The biscuits and mimosas were pretty good but I doubt I’d eat here again. It’s not my type of brunch.

This place was sadly very disappointing for me and my party of 8. The A/C wasn’t working in the middle of the summer. The food was not good. 2 regular burgers were burnt. My yams were bland. I was most disappointed by the Buffalo chicken dip (literally cold spinach dip with a frozen buffalo chicken tender throwed on top). RED FLAG: There is a no return policy on the food. The server didn’t even give us correct exact change, just dollar amounts without even asking us about our change. My friends and I will not be returning to spend our money again.

Great place food was banging!!! That mac and cheese was definitely home made. It was delicious!! I had the hot honey rotisserie chicken, fries, and Mac and cheese. And of course the honey biscuit, which I didn’t take a picture of, and pineapple mimosa pitcher. Food was amazing, pricing was good, but a few things to make note of. Our server wasn’t the best. I don’t remember her name but she claims to be Jasmine Sullivan’s cousin, the incredible singer whom I love. Any who, she was not good at her job. We had to ask for cups to drink our mimosas and napkins. Keep in mind we went on a Thursday early afternoon, so they weren’t busy. We walked right in and was seated. No wait. We also received our meals before the appetizer. Lastly, they don’t give you a glass of water. They only have bottled water which you have to purchase. I didn’t even realize that was legal. Must be a GA rule. I live in Michigan and a cup of water is required at all restaurants for free. Do yourself a favor and go to the dollar tree in the same plaza or the grocery store and get you a beverage. With that being said, I would return with my own water

Absolutely love and appreciate this place. The food and customer service is always excellent . I typically get the key lime waffle with an order of the chicken wings. My wife typically gets the fish (catfish) and grits. Both of which are very good however I would make the suggestion that you get the sauce on the side of your fish and grits.

When we moved to Decatur, I was happy to see this restaurant nearby! It’s in a plaza off Wesley Chapel right behind the new Chick-fil-A. I would advise coming to this location on a weekday if you’re able. We came one time on the weekend and not only was the wait over 2 hours, they don’t have any form of system in place for reservations, your place in line to text/call you when your table is ready, nothing. Bring your patience if you do visit on the weekend. We pulled up on a Monday, the wait was about 30 minutes. Once we were seated, our waitress was kind. She gave us the run down of the menu and what’s good, I went with the shrimp and grits. My husband got fish and grits. We got the honey butter biscuit as our appetizer and it was very delicious! Our food was also great. I’d come here again… on a weekday! A note to the moms out there, there aren’t any changing stations in the bathrooms as an FYI if you bring your little one to the restaurant!

I ate at the Milk & Honey on Wesley Road on 5/21/2023. Our waiter was great and her service was amazing as well. I ordered the Country Fried steak which was delicious … I also ordered stuffed salmon on the side… 2 minutes after receiving my meal I tried the salmon and it was very dry, and the salmon nor the crab stuffing had flavor it tasted like it came right out of the ocean. I notified my waiter instantly and was told nothing can be done but sorry. And instead of the manager coming to talk to me about the issue she walked by the table not so discreetly and just looked at me. I am very disappointed as this was my first experience at milk and honey. People come in and spend there hard earn money and if you have to take food back 3 times that day it should not be an issue because your reviews that the customer would share might bring in 5 new customers or keep 5 new customers from coming at all.

My experience at Milk and Honey today was top notch. If I could give 6 stars I would. The food came out fast and tasted AMAZING. Our server Ms. Kiesha was one of the best servers I’ve had to date. She was fast, efficient and took the best care of us. She was the cherry on top for our experience . I will definitely be returning again

The atmosphere was great! I was singing and dancing from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out! Our waitress was very hospitable! The homemade biscuit with honey appetizer was delicious! I ordered the Seafood Sensation, which consisted of salmon, shrimp, and cheesy hashbrowns topped with creamy Cajun sauce and tomatoes. It was scrumptious and filling!! The strawberry lemonade was also on point!! I looking forward to my next visit!!!!
