I love Milios. But this one exceeded even my high expectations. Really delicious subs that make me wish I still lived back here. Maybe the best subs in the country.

This was my first time going to the sandwich shop this morning 10/13/22. The lady working this morning was so kind and patient with me when deciding on our order. We also ordered two chocolate chip cookies and they were sooooooo good! Thank you so much for your amazing service!!!!

Lobby still isn’t open. You have to use the drive-thru. I was the only one in the drive-thru and they still got my order wrong. Ridiculous. Not as much toppings as you can get at other sub shops for the price. I remember now why I haven’t gone there in such a long time.

I was asked to get 20+ sandwiches for a client in a very short time during the peak lunch hour. I called and I wish I could remember the name of the woman I spoke to, but both ladies working pulled off a miracle for me. Those ladies helped me take care of an urgent request in minimum time!! THANK YOU!!!

Was hoping to find something without deli meat, but unfortunately the sub menu is rather limited in that regard. The only option to avoid deli meat is to get no meat at all and that’s what we did – the vegetarian. This is exactly why this is a middle of the road rating – $8 dollars for a white bread sandwich with lettuce, tomato and few other few veggies is pretty steep. For me, the quality just doesn’t match the price – at least for this particular sandwich. I will add that the gal operating the drive through was very nice, very patient, and delightfully pleasant.

The delivery driver for my office building on Crossroads Drive is the best! She’s always so polite and FAST! Not to mention patient with how many people order from this location – she’s never complaining about the multiple trips she has to sometimes make during the lunch time hour to feed us all! 🙂

Not really sure what keeps this place open. Subway is on the same block. I’m not expecting a half pound of meat on my sandwich but more than a couple of the thinnest sliced meat you do get. Sure the bread is good but what a money pit. This sandwich is probably worth $0.50 then a dollar bag of chips and a small soda for $9.00. Dollar for dollar worst sub place I’ve ever been to. I can’t imagine this place will stay in business long enough, if it does then it will be because of taking reviews like this seriously and making a change. I’m a father of 6 kids that doesn’t take the family out too often but when we do we spend a good deal of money. It won’t be here…

Location of this store is great and I usually REALLY love Milio’s but I think I will have to resort to going in to this location and making sure I watch closely as they make my sandwich because I ordered for delivery and it never came. It is taking days to get my refund back and when I stopped in to get my next sandwich…they forgot the lettuce. It wouldn’t have been that bad except this sandwich was “on the house” for the original mess up. Just doesn’t look too great when there are other sandwich shops in the area, if I am already driving there now anyways.

Average sandwich shop food with terrible service. These dolts are incapable of the simplest orders. Don’t bother telling them no sprouts, because you’ll get them anyways. Order a pickle and tell them to cut it in half, and watch them cut your sandwich in half and quarter the pickle. And in the drive through you can tell them not to put your lone sandwich in a paper bag, and they will do you the favor and provide you with that useless paper bag. Just wonderful people to interact with.
