I know there are people on here that want to support their local pizza place.. however, honest review is that the pizza here is not good at all. I really wanted the pizza to be great but it was the opposite. The sauce tastes like tomato soup and almost has that thin consistency of soup not pizza sauce. The pizza lacks air pockets and has a very tight crust.. it’s almost as if the dough is being pressed too firm during prep to the point where the pizza tastes more like a slice of dense bread with pizza toppings.

The pizza was awesome, but that garlic bread was AMAZING!! Staff was great and provided great service. We will definitely be going back!

First time being back since the place became Milans. Ordered buffalo wings and garlic parmesan wings to start. Both were cooked nicely (lightly crispy) and the sauces were good as well. Would order these again. We ordered a large supreme pizza with the traditional thin crust. Liked the grilled onions opposed to starting with raw. Crust was a bit thin for my tastes – extremely soft and flimsy – you definitely have to do the fold or eat it with a fork. I think I’ll try the thicker crust next time. The char was noticeable on the crust but not overpowering. Overall, food and service was ‘good’. It doesn’t stand out to me any more or less than other pizza places in town, but i’ll give it another shot at some point.

Staff was friendly and the food came out fast. We ordered arrancini balls, arugula salad and a pizza. The arugula salad is one of the items I’d reconsider. It’s billed as a arugula salad with bruschetta tomatoes and parmesan. The tomatoes weren’t tossed in balsamic and olive oil like typical bruschetta. Instead it was diced tomatoes so the salad didn’t really have a dressing. Maybe cherry tomatoes would he a better option for this. The pizza was okay, crust was good I’d think about jazzing up the pizza sauce. The fresh mozzarella was good, we got the Di Parma and not sure how the ingredients compliment each other. I’d definitely come back and get a pepperoni pizza as this pizza is way better than a Domino’s or Papa John’s. If they tweak the menu a bit I’d definitely come back.

Great place to eat in Hammond. Honey garlic wings are amazing. Wife had the Milano chicken sandwich and was very impressed. The presentation is excellent. Server was very friendly and made for an amazing experience. The chocolate lasagna for dessert was on point as well. Will definitely be back again.

The atmosphere and service were great! They were busy but it didn’t really affect our wait or service. The owners are super sweet. The Tuscan loaf is a MUST. The pizza was delicious, i changed a few things on the pizza I wanted and the owner asked if I wanted to add anything else to it for no charge. Plus there’s a decent list of local on tap beers! We will definitely be back!

We recently visited Milan that serves delicious wood-fired pizza, and we were blown away by the improvements since the new owners took over! The pizza was already amazing before, but now it’s even better. The crust was perfectly crispy and chewy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Our kids love the environment; and they even got to sing and dance with the live musician.. Thank you Eddie for making it an awesome experience.

We visited on a Sunday. The pizza was delicious. We tried the margeritta, picante, caprese, and the Buffalo chicken pizza. They were all good but the best was the picante! Our server was the best. His name was Eduardo and he was just such a kind and friendly person. Our 2 yr old took to him and he made sure we had what we needed. Both my toddler and I have dietary restrictions and needed to eat gluten free and that was not a problem at all. Our son loved the small activity corner for kids outside! We will definitely be back and bring more family/friends along. We also ate the top of the lasagna chocolate dessert and it’s a must! We couldn’t eat the bottom because it had crackers but my hubby loved it.

Absolutely delicious food and a fantastic draft beer selection! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The outdoor patio is relaxing and has fans to keep cool. The indoor seating is comfortable and has good atmosphere. Will be coming back for many years to come!
