Ordered large extra cheese. Simple enough right? Well when I get I home I open the box to see this. Kroger frozen pizza has more cheese. I call to be told that they will make it better next time. You mean do it right? After 4 yrs of being a loyal customer, I’m done!!

I ordered the salad to go. The salad was fresh and refreshing after working outside all day. Whenever I go to Milano’s wether it’s the spaghetti or ravioli I enjoy the service and atmosphere. I love the small bread rolls that come with each order. It is always fresh and has a taste of its own.

Very little meat on philly steak sub, additional ketchup has to be requested from behind the counter and pizza was sub par. Place seems to be running on a tight budget for sure. Was just hoping for more I suppose with higher expectations.

My family has frequented this restaurant many times. However, the last visit was disappointing and not because the order was wrong. But because of the vile reaction the teen male. He berated the man who made the pizza and has made my pizzas before without a problem. It became obvious that the other workers and patrons were uncomfortable. The other issue we found was that the pizza itself tasted like fabuloso. I understand lots of people like the smell. But my family and I are not a fan of the taste. And though it smells good it is not a distinctive cleaner which is what should be used in a restaurant.

Food smells lovely but rather inconsistent. I ordered spaghetti there several times and ever time it tastes different..each time I’ve gone the salad is made with pure cores of kettuce..the hard part that I throw away at home. The garlic knots are horrible (rolls) and though I have purchased 6 times the same meal; I ate it out of hunger but the bread was not good. It had no garlic flavor; no real butter and was too sweet. After the last rime I decided I would not go back. It seems to be a hometown favorite but I’ll keep passing through somerville the next time I go!
