Being from up North, I am always looking for a good pizza place living in the South. Milanos reminds me so much of home. I go there every chance I get and recommend anyone looking for true NY style pizza to try them out. All I need to say is… Foldable. If you know, then you know. I love Milanos. They have a loyal customer for life.

My family ordered 2 Large pasta salads and 2 small pasta salads. One large pasta salad had no pasta. This particular salad was for my wife’s 80 year old grandmother. I called the next day to request a remake on that ONE salad because we called them and picked them up so close to closing time. They gave me the run around and was unwilling to remake ONE salad to right THEIR WRONG. The customer service is unacceptable. There are too many places to buy a good salad to do business with a place that does not regard their customers satisfaction nor make right their mistakes.

Wife ordered ONE slice of pizza but was charged TWICE for $3.31 at 11:29am on August 18.Trying to call for a refund but nobody answers phone. To be fair the cheese pizza was excellent but not worth $6.62.

This is not New York pizza. It is the worst I had being from New Jersey. I never left a bad review ever. But this place deserves it. Shame on you. The Italian sub also gross. Go to papa John’s or Dominos.

You shouldn’t advertise your prices to be one way and then hang a sign out of view stating that they are cash prices only. I paid with a card and was charged an extra percentage without being told. It wasn’t until I asked about the price discrepancies that they pointed to a sign conveniently out of sight.

Food was great, the tall guy with the beard was rude, tried to rip me off , even stating” yeah you can get the special, I just don’t advertise it, I gotta try and make money!”, then @ 8:30 pm he told my son that they were out of calzones, then one of the other guys prepared the calzones for them and the same rude guy ( tall with beard and black cap) made a smart remark to him and them. Won’t be eating there when he is working, but the good is good!

Slow service. Food was stale. Sodas were flat. Request for different beverages denied without paying again. Replaced drinks at Chik fil A across the food court. I can’t imagine they will be in business much longer if other customers are treated like we were on Monday. Will not be spending money here again.

Love milanos pizza. Great people. Family owned. Good pizza, but I really go there for their salads. I think they are a bit pricey but they have good product. They are located in mount berry mall food court. There’s a michoacan restuarant, chick fil a, Chinese and pretzel stands in the same area. Milanos small salad run about $4-$5 and larger about $5-$6. Salads ingredients are; pasta, lettuce, mushrooms, black olives, green peppers, onions, cucumber and yellow peppers. You can customize as you like of course. They give you one side salad dressing for small salads and 2 for large salads and each salad includes bread knots.
