Ordered pizza for pickup. When I arrived the employee was flat out rude. I asked to purchase 2 additional slices and he told me he was too busy and to move aside while he helped other customers picking up. Waited another 6 minutes for him to finally offer to help. Placed 2 cold slices in a box and didn’t reheat them. He then slammed the food on the counter rudely like paying customers were the worst. Only time I come is for the hot chicken takeover matchup. Probably won’t next year.

I ordered Mikey’s from this location on 3/7/2022 and just got the email in the pictures attached saying they didn’t allow my review to be posted on their page. My review was “the pizza wasn’t contained in a way that kept it warm so my food arrived lukewarm” my pizza was on a paper plate with another paper plate placed on top of it. And placed in a paper bag on the bag’s side so if the rolled end bag moved the wrong way, my pizza could’ve fallen out. This can’t be a good way to send out delivery orders in terms of food safety.

Ordered pizza through Mikey’s website, got 2 confirmation emails, drove to the restaurant, and when I got there they told me they aren’t doing online orders. Other locations were not accepting orders at the time, but this one was.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They never even bothered to make our pizza. We originally arrived and were told that the pizza wasn’t ready yet. So we waited another 15 minutes as we were advised the pizza would be ready by then. But was then told that the pizza still wasn’t ready that it would be another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, many other orders are flying out of the kitchen. At that point I requested my money back. The manager never bothered to come out or apologize for the inconvenience, which was a major inconvenience with 3 children hungry children waiting in the car! I will NEVER patron this business again!

Mikey’s is always a great pizza option and definitely my favorite in Ohio. This location is also inside a pretty nice bar that makes waiting for the pizza enjoyable.

The pizza is good but super expensive ! I’m pretty sure I ordered 2 slices of pizza but when my dasher brought it I only had 1 … Idk if he just ate it or they didn’t give me the second slice. Would I order from then again ? Mm probably not. Wasn’t the best first experience
