First let me say I’m sorry that I can’t say anything about the quality of pizza or ingredients as I did not make it that far. I placed a phone call on a Sunday at about 3 o clock and was met with the most ignorant, uneducated, distasteful, unwelcoming female voice who yelled at me ” HI THANKS FOR CALLING TACO BELL”. I laughed it off at first and asked if I could place an order for pick up and once again was met with the same uneducated voice that just said “HUH” loudly into the phone. She wouldn’t allow me to place an order! After this experience I implore the owner to reevaluate his staff if he plans to continue a successful business. Otherwise she will continue to alienate customers, needless to say this one will never be back and I will also tell every single person I speak to in star city and surrounding areas about this unprofessional, profit losing, uneducated stunt. So my best advice is to skip this place and give the other pizza place just a mile down the street a call. Far superior service to this one.
