This is a longtime neighborhood favorite. It has been a while since I been here because it never disappoints but came here during lunch and it seems like under new management? Young female that takes the order is unfriendly. My spicy beef bowl was half fat instead of meat. Rice and flavor is still flavorful. Too bad, make some changes Mika’s, I am sure you have long time customers that notice the difference like I did.

Been a long time customer of Mikas and have always enjoyed their food. As of late the quality has gone down. I just went there yesterday to give it another shot and I specifically said I wanted all dark meat chicken. Well I didn’t get all dark which ok, I don’t care but the chicken seemed like it was made days before I got it. Tough and dry! I think that is going to be my last attempt at eating here unfortunately.

Have been visiting this restaurant since 2016 and their food has always been consistently good. Quick service, they prepare your order as they come. My favorite has always been the teridon bowl. Small eat-in area, staff is always smiling and helpful. Prices are reasonable for Japanese takeout

So I gave them 3 stars because I appreciate that they offer tofu as an option in place of the meat. So I really did want to love this place, but they are fairly pricey for what you get. And I have been there a couple of times and both times the flavor is meh. It seems to be very much lacking any real spice or seasoning. But the service has been great and they are always nice.
