First time try out this place and we love it! The hot pot is plenty of food, the soup is always hot . They have a lot of choices for the soup and Boba tea! The waitress is very nice and friendly! Highly recommended!

I want to like this place so much because of the aesthetic, but it was just okay unfortunately. My friend and I got the same thing and the dishes looked completely different. Not sure why that was. And it looked nothing like the photo on the menu. The appetizer was delicious tho, but thats it. Also the odor of the restaurant will stay in your clothes. The waiter was kind and attentive.

It’s a shame the restaurant has such a cute and different from the valley vibe when the food is outright terrible. Waiter could not tell us what half the ingredients were. The spicy beef bowl I got had some mystery meat that was all fat/nerves and no edible beef. It had a quail egg, which the plate wasn’t supposed to have. Random ingredients thrown together. I told the waiter the broth tasted like the fatty stuff but didn’t have any actual beef. I returned the plate. He packaged it for me to go and brought it back to me. I explained it is not even meat, tasted awful, I wouldn’t eat it here nor if I take it to go. Wrong drink was initially brought to me, once corrected, the brown sugar milk tea was okay, boba was nothing to rave about. Overall, food is not worth the ambience and definitely not worth the near $20 for the plate with drink option. Sad to say because I went in so excited to have a cute spot near work. Staff having no clue what’s in your food and specific ingredients missing/changed out could possibly be forgiven if the food at least tasted good.

Amazing place, Amazing service, and Amazing food!! I was blown away by the food and service. All of the staff are super friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. They make you feel so welcomed. The food was delicious! I got the first option, I think it was, A1. The broth alone was delicious, as well as everything in it! The potstickers were perfect, they also had a lot of flavor and were so yummy. They gave us some complimentary white rice as well. The black sugar milk tea was so good! You get a lot of food for a decent price. I couldn’t even finish everything, so I had leftovers for later. Such a great experience, in a cute, cozy environment. Will definitely be returning again soon!! If you get a chance to check it out, please do. You’ll be glad you did!!

Temperature inside was nice and cool! When I entered the restaurant it smelled delicious. Got the fried pork with two sides of rice and it was AMAZING. Rice was nicely cooked and fried pork was sweet and savory. Got the A2 hotpot and it was SPECTACULAR. Loved the cheese on the noodles and the dish was a perfect combination of flavors. Great service and great atmosphere. 12/10 recommend.

This restaurant is not a hotpot. Hotpot is suppose to be boiling soup where you can cook a variety of raw meat. In this case, what they bring out is premade soup that is on a burner which doesn’t keep it hot.

If you’re planning on having hotpot with the weather we’re currently experiencing, be prepared to sweat. The day we were there, the air conditioning wasn’t working very well, so it was already hot inside the restaurant.

My boyfriend and I decided to try out the restaurant since we’d been eager to try a hot pot. What we experienced was entirely unexpected. The atmosphere and service were great, but we were very disappointed with the food so much so that we ended up feeling disgusted with what was in each of our pots. We were surprised to find that each hot pot contained seafood. Since my boyfriend has a distaste to seafood, he asked to have it removed but was told by our waitress that it could not be removed unless he had a seafood allergy because it changed the flavor of the meal. He decided that he could just pick out whatever he wasn’t interested in eating. I personally am not very keen to most seafood but I was willing to try it. We read all of the ingredients on the meals and decided upon ones we felt would taste good. Upon receiving the meals, we found the soup to be bland, the meat didn’t taste like anything, the mild spice flavoring was nonexistent, and we both found ingredients that were not displayed on the menu. After a while of picking around and trying out different pieces of the meal, we both started to feel disgusted with what we were eating. Prior to getting the hot pots, we had ordered a pork cutlet appetizer which turned out to be cooked in soy sauce; our waitress even mentioned that if we needed soy sauce for the appetizer, it was available on the table. It seemed like she wasn’t aware that it was cooked with soy sauce. Overall, we wouldn’t go back. We were sad that we weren’t able to enjoy the food. If I could recommend something, it would be to have some meat and vegetable hot pots available and to display all of the hot pot items on the menu. P.s. there is an aftertaste to the food that you can still taste hours later.
