Miguel’s was an unbelievable find that we didn’t know about till we were in Tail Town Brewery. The food was delicious, I apologize for the pictures being after we started eating, but it was so good that’s what made me write the review. A little disappointed they ran out of Guacamole because it looked great on the pictures, but I get it, we were there later and the only make so much daily. The taquitos were the best I’ve ever had, the chips were freshly fried and the carne asada tacos were some of the best Carne Asada I’ve ever had! Very fresh ingredients and and served fairly quick on a Saturday Night with a full house of people and a band playing. Miguel’s rocks!

We came to town to celebrate our 28th anniversary and planned to have dinner somewhere else but when we saw Miguels we couldn’t resist. So glad we stopped in! Miguel made us feel like we were in his home sharing a meal with him from his kitchen. The food is so fresh and delicious and the best Mexican food we’ve had since we left Southern California. ❤️ Thank you Miguel for a lovely experience!

All I can say is wow! These were the best tacos I have ever tried. I had a carne asada taco and a carnitas one as well. The meat was so juicy and fresh. We had chips with salsa and guac and, for someone who doesn’t even like guac, the guac was AMAZING! Maybe I have just never had good guac before! Service was nice and fast. Keep in mind the tavern was closed down when we went a couple of days ago. They do offer water though. If you want any sort of drink you will have to bring one in advance.

Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had! I got 3 – carnitas, veggie, chicken. The chicken was my favorite, but all 3 were amazing. Husband got 2 carnitas and a grouper. His favorite was grouper.

McGells has, hands-down, the best Mexican food in Dayton. Authentic street tacos with cilantro and onions (not the americanized version), taquitos and quesadillas are our favorite items to get here.
