Absolutely loved this place. This minute I put those chilaquiles in my mouth I knew was tasting homemade red sauce. Miguel’s is an amazing little restaurant that has been around for quite sometime. They make your food fresh and thank goodness they understand what an over medium egg means. The green chile salsa is also just as good but it bites back so make sure you have a glass of water or one of their delicious aguas frescas. Their prices are great and it’s generally packed. I missed the lunch rush so I had the whole place and servers to myself. I was taken care of so well! Definitely worth a try in Las Cruces!

i love this place, i recommend 100 %. only issue i have is for the 4th time i have been there, i keep getting a cold quesadilla. like non melted cheese in a tortilla that can roll out of it. im not crazy and i will still stop by and eat. just wanted to bring that up to someone.
