Our passion for fresh food comes from our founder, Mary Vasquez. Throughout her childhood in Central Mexico, she cooked with her mother and grandmother, helping to prepare family meals.
When she moved to the States, she married Mike, had children of her own, continuing to make her favorite recipes from her childhood. In 1973, Mike and Mary took over an existing restaurant in Corona, CA and renamed it “Miguel’s” in honor of Mike’s grandfather.
Today this family tradition continues. It is our promise to deliver the freshest, best tasting California Mexican food each and every day.
Mexican counter-serve chain dishing up burritos, tacos & other classics in a modern space. Based on 736 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.3 stars. Price $

This is a great quick meal. The chicken burrito is very good, their salsa is top notch, and their lemonades are made from real lemons! I come at least twice a week. The staff is excellent as well!

Absolutely love Miguel’s Jr since finding them in Corona and Riverside. I am very happy they are in Orange County! This Costa Mesa location is great, the food last night was DELICIOUS!

Family owned and operated. The food was delicious. I ordered the garbage burrito with shredded chicken. Small salsa bar available. Reasonably priced, good service, friendly staff, clean and really good food. What more can you ask for. Just wish there were more located near me.

We bought horchatas and although they were not our favorite, they weren’t bad. I couldn’t taste any of the cinnamon, just rice water. We would come back to try the food though. The employees were super nice!

I dont remember the quality of food being so low… my original burrito had a piece of meat and the rest was, Im guessing, refried beans? I couldnt tell since everything kinda mashed together into a luke warm gooey food capsule. I dont think Ill be eating here again. Im sorry.

This Miguel’s jr. is not as good as the ones in the Corona, Riverside area? I ordered a BRC burrito it was all rice and hardly had any beans or cheese.. Plus it was cold?? Definitely disappointed!

it’s is a shame when you can’t trust a kitchen to pay attention to life threatening allergies. But what is worst is when you politely call to tell them of the cross contamination you are told “We are an open kitchen and that is what happens”.
