Tried this BBQ joint. Food overall was good. A little pricey but it is in NYC.

It was mediocre, people would tell me this place had delicious fresh smoked meats. But it didn’t really taste fresh. I had the 3 meat sampler including pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Then french fries and mac and cheese. Definitely on the pricey side. The fries were crispy and good. The meats did have the pull apart tenderness. The barbecue sauce is very good. It’s definitely not bad to try with the beautiful outside view in the open food court dining area!

Being from Texas, I’m very picky about my brisket & ribs. This place is so good!! The BBQ sauce was good, but liquidy. I also had the Mac & Cheese fritters & Sweet Corn fritters. Delicious!!

Decent. I would get it again but I’ve had better BBQ. Mac & Cheese was peppery but good. Corn Fritters tasted like a hush puppy but with corn in it. Ribs were good. Chicken sandwich was my favorite. As for the pulled pork. Half of it was burnt fat and that was not good.

Yummy! Found this walking around the food court at Brooksfield. Only complaint is the pulled pork… very small portion 🙁 but it was very tender and delicious. Everything was served super fast. I loved everything, will definitely be coming again. Their sweetened ice tea is perfect to my liking 🙂

This place was bomb. We got the 3 meat combo and some sides, and every one hit.

The worst bbq I’ve ever tried in my life. We ordered few slices of brisket, some burnt ends and some Mac n Cheese. The brisket was dry as a desert and with no flavour whatsoever, it tasted like paper. The burnt ends were tough ti chew on with no flavour but the bbq sauce they swim in. The mac n cheese tasted like flour and milk, just béchamel sauce with no cheese, it was mac n béchamel.

The ribs and sausage was ok. The Brisket was good. The baked beans was interesting since it had meat in it. The Corn fritters was bland but good with the Hot Honey.

A shadow of its own past, this joint in a soulless mall is nothing like the OG place on the east side. 18$ burnt ends ended up being 5 (!) small pieces of meat. Staff was really unenthusiastic about getting things done. Dirty fries were amazing, as always.

Food is amazing! Everything is so flavorful. The dirty fries alone are a full meal. The portions are worth the prices. The location can get really busy during the lunch hour, so don’t plan to take your sweet time asking questions or being undecided when you’re upfront and it’s time to order. Definitely my go to spot for brisket.
