Functioning off of the grounds of Campout Mt. Nebo, a new LGBTQ+ Campground in the East Stroudsburg area, Migdalia’s Kitchen is proud to be not only Women-Owned and Latin-Owned but also very prominent allies to the community.

The Beyond Burger is cooked to ✨️ PERFECTION ✨️ sometimes I have to check to make sure it isn’t real. The funnel fries are divine as are the loaded broccoli bites. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Highly recommend!!!
